It appears Amazon is no longer showing expiration dates on titles when you hover over them in a web browser. Perhaps this is merely a periodic refresh of expiration data. It would be problematic to no longer have expiration notices.
Hello. Several of us cannot see expiration dates. I hope Amazon fixes this issue soon. I noticed that when you hover, the pop-up info is different. I have contacted customer service, and I have started a discussion thread on Amazon's forum, but I don't have any helpful information at this time.
It would really be unfortunate to lose expiration notices :(
Shana, which movie hover-over Pop-Up Info Window format do you see now?
THE NEW FORMAT:
Title Stars rating IMDb logo rating Runtime Year Movie Rating [that is PG, R, etc.]

Rent Movie HD price [note: now says HD] Buy Movie HD price [note: now says HD] See all purchase options [note: new line in pop-up] Watch Now button Add to Watchlist button
THE OLD FORMAT:

Watch Now button with Runtime Add to Watchlist button
I can see the New Format on the Amazon Video Homepage before I sign-in to Amazon, and I can still see the Old Format with Leaving Prime notices after I sign-in to Amazon. - a different Anon
I only see the new format. I have tried checking on two different browsers: Chrome and Internet Explorer. Nothing seems to help. It seems like Amazon removed the orange expiration notices for some - but not all - Prime customers.
Not only does the new popup format not show expiration notices, it also doesn't show the time on partially-watched videos. It still has the graphical progress bar, but if you're trying to figure out precisely if you have enough time to finish watching something, you're out of luck. The usability really took a hit.
Here's the response I got from Amazon help when I asked about the changes (not much help, as you might expect):
I understand your concern regarding the changes in the interface of the Prime video page. Please allow me to explain this to you.
1) Regarding the Prime video expire : The availability of a Prime Video completely depend on the content owners decision. Here, Amazon.com acts as an online platform, where it brings our customers and the content owners together. The selection of Prime Videos is always changing and titles currently unavailable may become available in the future.
2) Regarding the progress bar : I completely agree with you that we need to improve the interface of the Prime Video page interface. There should be an option to know the progress of the video and progress bar should show the actual time played.
It is always important for us to hear how customers react to all aspects of shopping at Amazon.com. Customer feedback like yours helps us continue to improve our products and provide better service to our customers.
Further, I feel these may certainly be few potential options that we should consider to cater to the many of our customers who may be interested in such features.
Due to your interests, I have sent your feedback to our Amazon Video team for consideration. We're always looking to give out customers maximum options on our app and will surely try get these features available for our customer base.
I'd request you to please give us some time on this, customer interests and feedback is always looked into at depth here at Amazon. We'll surely try an action upon your request as soon as possible. Rest assured, we are here to take care of issues you encounter and we always endeavor to provide the best service to our valued customers
As you might have noticed, we are carefully reviewing potential features to add to the Amazon Video interface in the upcoming months. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts of improvement with us. I look forward to see this feature on Amazon Videos.
I believe, you would appreciate my work and research in sharing genuine information with you. We want to thank you for your patronage and for bringing these concerns to our attention. I’m truly sorry for the trouble caused in this case, and I hope you'll give us another chance in the future to show our dedication.
If you have any other concerns or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to contact us using the link below and we will be glad to help you:

Thank you for your continued support and understanding as a Loyal Amazon Customer. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

In the short run, to see expiration dates, I created a dummy Amazon account and attached it to my Prime household account. The new dummy account can see expiration dates, whereas my main account cannot. However, Amazon Support has assured me that the new popup format will inevitably affect everyone's Watchlists (it's just a matter of time). Perhaps they'll create a separate page for expiring titles?
If you are not seeing expiration dates, I feel you should contact Amazon and complain that although you pay the same for Prime as other subscribers, they are receiving an amenity that has been taken away from you: namely, the ability to see in advance that a title is leaving Prime within the next 28 days. Complain and request a partial refund since you have been selecyted to receive a lower level of service than some other Prime members.
I'm the same King Nothing that posted in the Amazon discussion thread you've started.
I just wanted to let you know that I finally got an answer from support. The support employee told me that he tried to reproduce the issue, but that he can still see expiration dates. So it seems that even the testing account he used is still showing the old boxes with the dates and he doesn't even know about the new boxes which are missing the dates.
So I answered and tried to explain the issue with the old vs. the new boxes and that some still see the old ones and others already the new ones. And we don't know who gets old or new. I even attached screenshots from old and new boxes, so they can see the difference. But I'm not very optimistic, that this will change anything.
I really don't know what tricks Amazon is playing here. They roll out the new boxes slowly and in waves. And at least here in Germany even the support staff doesn't seem to be informed about this change. So if someone like me complains about it, they check it and still get the old boxes with the dates, so they don't even know what I'm talking about. It's a mess. But I don't think that they just haven't reimplemented the dates in the new layout, so it would just be a mistake. I think Amazon is doing this on purpose and they do it like this to keep the amount of complaints low. So I guess we just have to deal with it.
Hello. I think you are right about Amazon doing this on purpose. You and I and several others are probably just in the first group of the new popup layout.
I wish Amazon would inform their customer service reps about what is going on with Prime Video. If they are taking away our expiration notices for good, I would rather know now.
Hello again. I finally talked to someone who told me that expiration notices are over with for Prime Video. The rep did forward my complaint to the technical team. I don't think that will change anything, but I want to let everyone know what I heard. Sorry for the bad news.
Thanks for the update. That's really bad. I really enjoyed Amazon Prime Video, but I don't think I will renew my Prime subscription without the ability to see expiration notices. It's not so bad if I miss the opportunity to see a movie. But this is really bad for watching shows. Without expiration dates, you maybe start watching a show and then without warning it gets removed from Prime. So you would have to wait and hope that the show will get renewed, but you don't know if or when this is going to happen. Or you would have to buy the remaining episodes/seasons. And I think that's the idea behind this change.
I agree with you - Amazon can make a lot of money by not letting us see expiration notices. A lot of movies are moving to subscription services (which would be an additional monthly fee) and "rent or buy" status.
And all of those TV shows! Purchasing multiple seasons of a show can be very expensive.
I feel that Amazon is preparing for next year when the HBO deal expires and all the HBO titles go away. They probably feel it will be less alarming to the average customer if they don't realize that so many titles are going away all at once. From the article I was reading today....this should all be happening in May 2018....so I will be starting to watch as many of these titles as I can before then.
So the end of the month has passed and obviously some still get the old boxes and can still see those dates. So I'm asking myself if Amazon is telling the truth about this. I'm asking myself if the ones who can't see those dates anymore are just randomly picked people.
For sure Amazon analyses our viewing behaviour. So it shouldn't be hard for them to filter out people who watch many stuff shortly before the titles expire. So they will know who makes intense use of the dates and who's not. So as long as Amazon sees that you don't really use them, they let you keep those dates. But if they see that you do, they take them away.
So maybe this situation will continue. Amazon treating customers differently although they pay the same amount of money for their subscription.
I wondered if we were randomly picked too because I remember back in August, some people lost the entire hover popup window. They did get their hover popup back; I keep hoping that we will get our orange notices back.
I just lost my orange notices today (1/2/2018), sometime between 9 am and 12:30 pm. I checked my list this morning and the notices were still there, but when I came back at 12:30, poof! No notices.
I posted a comment about losing the expiration notices in their "feedback" and they sent me a response that was obviously C&P'd from a response to someone else (they even C&P'd the wrong address! It started "Dear Shawn" and my name is not Shawn!) and had virtually nothing to do with what I said. They gave me a $5 digital credit, though. Maybe if everyone leaves Feedback they'll eventually figure out we don't like the new format.
I'm adding my name to the list of the annoyed. As of a few days ago I can't see what's expiring on Prime. Netflix still tells me what's being removed, if only a week in advance.
I also subscribe to the HBO, Cinemax, Starz, and Showtime channels through Amazon and have no idea when their movies will be removed, but that was always a problem.
Oh... Well, it seems that until now the dates are only back for movies but not for shows?
Like UK customers I can see all titles leaving Prime within less then 30 days. So I added a show to my watchlist which will expire soon and it doesn't show an expiration date in the hover box. But the expiring movies do.
So maybe the dates will pop up for shows too in the next days, but at the moment it really seems they only brought the dates back for movies?!
I'm glad that your notices are back for movies, but I don't know what is going on with the shows. I lost several shows without notice. I hope Amazon can fix that too.
I just went to Amazon.co.uk, logged in and opened the link to the list of expiring titles on Prime UK. I added several movies and shows to the watchlist and checked for dates in the hover boxes. Same results as on Amazon Prime Germany ... Movies show expiration dates again, but the shows do not.
So I think it's quite safe now to say that Amazon (at least until now) has only brought back the display of expiration dates for movies. So seeing no expiration date in the hover box for a show doesn't mean that it couldn't expire soon. Maybe you can add a note to your recent post to make people aware of this.
Nah not really. It only takes 1 second to click each link and see the IMDb score on Amazon. Vice-versa it probably takes you an hour to edit the blog to add the scores (you already work hard enough as it is).
Also I would add: Any movie scoring below 7.0 on IMDb is almost always a waste of time to watch (bad plot, bad acting, bad reviews, not award-winning). IF you continue your flagging I would only flag those 7.0 and up.
Hello and thanks for your blog. I noticed today that EMBRACE OF THE SERPENT (2016), an acclaimed documentary that had been on my watchlist, has been withdrawn without notice from its previous free Prime streaming status and now has a fee. Please include in your listings.
Last night I watched 3 or 4 episodes of the TV show "24", season 7 as part of Prime Video. Today it appears that I have to pay to watch that same season...and all other seasons of 24. I don't see it listed as an expiring title in any of the alerts on this site. Does this happen a lot...with TV shows just changing from free to pay-only in the middle of a month?
Hi Anonymous. The HBO content may be leaving Prime in May. I haven't heard anything for certain. Amazon usually posts expiration notices two weeks in advance for movies.
Hi, thank you very much for the script and for all who contributes to the site. I have one little question, i am french and i try to do the same thing with amazon prime video France. In France the site is prime.video, but I have no idea how I can change the script and if it could work. Do you have any idea ? Thanks :)

Has anyone else found the quality of their streaming on Prime to be different the last month-plus? I used to be able to get the "1080p HD" logo when I used the Chrome browser on my desktop, but now it will only go as far as the "HD" logo. It has been bugging me out when I have been streaming. I've noticed that TCM and Hulu websites come in SD on the desktop, but Amazon.com always appeared different allowing up to 1080p HD (but not 4K). Further frustrating me is that I can't tell what the quality of the video is when I stream on the Roku app. So I can't tell if that is HD or 1080p HD either. I did a check of my Internet speed yesterday and it was about 12 mbs upload and download, which according to a Google search I did is more than enough to stream 1080p HD video.
It looks like instantwatcher has finally bit the dust. Does anyone know of an alternative site that shows new Amazon Prime content as thoroughly as instantwatcher did?
Does anyone know the best way to notify Amazon of a problem with a title? Yesterday I noticed the icon for the title The Wall (2017, and an Amazon Original) disappeared from My Stuff, but when I search for it I can see it, but when I click on it, it's The Report (2019). Weird. I clicked on Feedback and told them about the error there, but so far nothing has changed. I'm not convinced they really read the Feedback anyway.
Does anyone else here like to arrange their lists in a certain way? I like to alphabetize My List but lately when I try to rearrange my list but removing, then re-adding titles, the page instantly refreshes. This is really annoying! I thought it might just be a Firefox thing, but it's doing the same thing on Chrome. Is anyone else having this problem?
Some good news, APV has fixed the "Undo" link on Your Watchlist pages. Now when using the "Remove" and "Undo" links to re-order the titles in Your Watchlist, clicking on the "Undo" link brings the display poster back and you remain on the Your Watchlist page where you were working, the same way as before the "Undo" link was broken last month. Thankfully, now you do NOT get sent to page 1 of Your Watchlist each time you click the "Undo" link.
this would all look so much more neat and appealing as a letterboxd list but I suppose it's kinda being done already https://letterboxd.com/joebarden/list/leaving-streaming-services-updated-monthly/detail/
I'm looking for a foreign film I saw several years ago. I found where it should be on the Watch List but it says something like "product removed." Unfortunately, I can't remember the name! It was an art house documentary style film. I can't quite tell, but do your lists include foreign films and documentaries? I'd be searching to jog my memory in the years prior to 2019.
Yes, Em, our lists do include both foreign films and documentaries. Can you tell us which language the movie was in and what the subject was about? The more details, the better. Maybe someone else saw it, too, and knows the name of the documentary.
Sorry for the long delay. I decided to follow our political reality for awhile, starting from the Georgia runoffs. Whew! The film was likely in Spanish (maybe French?) I immediately focused on the subtitles, unfortunately. It starts with a girl getting on a train. She is going to meet her estranged father, who has asked her to come, and who left the family when she was very young. They travel together on the train to different places; he is poor but is showing her his life and places he knows. Along the way, he meets friends he hasn't seen for a long time and plays music for and with them on a string instrument. She (daughter) is initially disdainful and uninterested—angry that he was absent from her life. As she travels with him, she slowly starts to engage. The film ends with him telling her that he is dying and that she won't see him again—the trip he brought her along for has also been his goodbye to longtime friends—as she gets on a train, back to her familiar life. The film was very well acted and the father was a known actor. If this rings a bell for you or anyone, I'd appreciate knowing the title. I'm new to Amazon Prime and don't really understand the criteria for when they drop a film or movie or what constitutes the reason for a charge. Popularity? Time? Classic designation?
Em, I thought you were looking for a documentary film. I see now that you are looking for a regular movie with a dramatic narrative story. I don't know the movie you describe, but maybe someone else will.
Ahh, it was a foreign art film. Not a regular style movie. Not a traditional documentary, except in the sense it "documented" her rendezvous with her father. Thank you for replying. It will have to reside in my memory as is.
Unbelievably, just found the name of it on a scrap of paper. Film is called "Meet me in Venice." And, it hasn't expired. I got the general storyline right and the locations all wrong. Thanks again.
Does anyone have an explanation as to why Amazon expires so many movies, etc. at the end of the month just to renew them right before the end of the month. Using this month as an example, it has taken a long time to go through the expiring movies to determine if I want to watch a movie before it goes away or to compare it to my movie database to see if I have already watched it (I can usually remember very good or very bad movies, but I sometimes re-watched a movie from that herd of mediocre movies in the middle before I created a database to keep track of movies watched/to be watched.) Yeah, yeah, I know no one makes me do this, but probably like a lot of you, I'm a little OCD about trying to watch every movie ever made. So, here is the question: why can't Amazon figure out what they are going to renew and just never post an expiration date. Anybody have a rational explanation? All responses serious or otherwise are welcome.
The distributors set the expiration dates (end of contract), not Amazon, and are the ones to decide to renew.
You should consider transferring over and proactively adding your ratings to IMDb. You decide whether the ratings are public, but just adding them makes the average ratings better, and you can easily export your ratings whenever you like to a spreadsheet sortable in Excel. I think you would enjoy the columns of data, and it would free up some time.
I think I resolved the issue with a system restore. Was having problems with certain features on other sites and applications too, so something screwy happened to my computer.
I've been caught out by expiries more than once. Sometimes I've started to watch a long series, at other times I've just added it to "My Stuff". Then, when I go to watch it, I'm abruptly told "This item is not currently available in your area"! No notice. It's easily the most frustrating thing about Prime Video and I'm now considering cancelling my subscription because of it.
Can't be sure it's the ONLY one, but of the majors, yes. I have HBO Max (for another week, I'm canceling for a while) and I didn't even notice the "Last Chance" tab until you pointed it out. They also put out a press release with the same titles.
Justwatch.com, which Anonymous very helpfully pointed me to to fill the new-titles gap left by Instantwatcher, seems to have different titles for the dates that are still up on Instantwatcher, before they stopped posting. I haven't figured out yet why they're so different, but hey, the more titles the merrier.
Justwatch is still down for me in Chrome, and I have a feeling it's never coming back. As I said it's up on Firefox, as well as Edge, but there is no direct link to the watchlist under each title as there was in Chrome. If you click on each poster it takes you to another page which has a watchlist button, but it's not linked my Amazon account, so it's useless. I don't even know why it's there.
If it stays down in Chrome, the only new titles I'll be adding will be the press-release ones on IMDb.
It appears Amazon is no longer showing expiration dates on titles when you hover over them in a web browser. Perhaps this is merely a periodic refresh of expiration data. It would be problematic to no longer have expiration notices.

ReplyDeleteI may have to spend this weekend on a movie splurge, just to make sure I see everything in my queue. (i.e. Clear everything out.)

I added several movies and shows to the watchlist and checked for dates in the hover boxes. Same results as on Amazon Prime Germany ... Movies show expiration dates again, but the shows do not.
DeleteSo I think it's quite safe now to say that Amazon (at least until now) has only brought back the display of expiration dates for movies. So seeing no expiration date in the hover box for a show doesn't mean that it couldn't expire soon. Maybe you can add a note to your recent post to make people aware of this.
Hannibal Season 1 was seemingly removed without notice. I don't know if it's expected to return soon, if at all.
ReplyDelete> Let me know if IMDB scores are helpful
ReplyDeleteNah not really.
That would also reduce your workload.
Thanks for responding. I will try flagging 7.0+ titles and see if people are happy with that.
DeleteThank you for flagging IMDB 7.0+ titles. It's really helpful
DeleteHello and thanks for your blog. I noticed today that EMBRACE OF THE SERPENT (2016), an acclaimed documentary that had been on my watchlist, has been withdrawn without notice from its previous free Prime streaming status and now has a fee. Please include in your listings.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a documentary.
DeleteDon`t know where to post this but Larry The Cable Guys, Witless Protection is leaving prime soon!
ReplyDeleteHere is proof!

ReplyDeleteLast night I watched 3 or 4 episodes of the TV show "24", season 7 as part of Prime Video. Today it appears that I have to pay to watch that same season...and all other seasons of 24. I don't see it listed as an expiring title in any of the alerts on this site. Does this happen a lot...with TV shows just changing from free to pay-only in the middle of a month?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately yes.
DeleteI understand Sons of Anarchy is leaving Netflix on the 1st of Dec. Any chance that the show is leaving Prime as well on the same date?
ReplyDeletePretty good guess there! Talk about anarchy.
DeleteGlee is gone too. I really wish Amazon starts notifying us of these TV shows too

ReplyDeleteWill Prime lost their HBO content like Treme, Eastbound and Down, In Treatment, Veep, etc in May after HBO Max launches?
ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous. The HBO content may be leaving Prime in May. I haven't heard anything for certain. Amazon usually posts expiration notices two weeks in advance for movies.
DeleteHi, thank you very much for the script and for all who contributes to the site.
ReplyDeleteI have one little question, i am french and i try to do the same thing with amazon prime video France. In France the site is prime.video, but I have no idea how I can change the script and if it could work. Do you have any idea ?
Thanks :)

ReplyDeleteHas anyone else found the quality of their streaming on Prime to be different the last month-plus?
ReplyDeleteDon't know anything about instantwatcher but maybe this will help. digitaltrends:

Ugh. Started watching Downton Abbey last week, today...nothing. If Prime Video wasn't included with my Prime membership, I'd cancel them.
ReplyDeletePerhaps Downton will pop-up on one of the other streaming services.
Thanks for this page! Wish I would have found it before I started watching Downton.
You're in luck. Downton Abbey (2010) (6 Seasons) was renewed.
DeleteDoes anyone know the best way to notify Amazon of a problem with a title? Yesterday I noticed the icon for the title The Wall (2017, and an Amazon Original) disappeared from My Stuff, but when I search for it I can see it, but when I click on it, it's The Report (2019). Weird. I clicked on Feedback and told them about the error there, but so far nothing has changed. I'm not convinced they really read the Feedback anyway.
ReplyDeleteI'm not either. Try the customer service chat and pack your patience.
DeleteDoes anyone else here like to arrange their lists in a certain way? I like to alphabetize My List but lately when I try to rearrange my list but removing, then re-adding titles, the page instantly refreshes. This is really annoying! I thought it might just be a Firefox thing, but it's doing the same thing on Chrome. Is anyone else having this problem?
ReplyDeleteSome good news, APV has fixed the "Undo" link on Your Watchlist pages.
Deletethis would all look so much more neat and appealing as a letterboxd list but I suppose it's kinda being done already https://letterboxd.com/joebarden/list/leaving-streaming-services-updated-monthly/detail/
ReplyDeletemultiple pages. you can keep it, joe.
DeleteHi Shana,
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year (2021).
I would like to say "Thank You" very much for your time and
effort on compiling this expiring list.
It was and has been helpful in keep track of which movies to watch on amazon prime before they expire.
Thanks again and please keep up the good work.
Regards
Jim
Hi Shana,
ReplyDeleteI'm looking for a foreign film I saw several years ago. I found where it should be on the Watch List but it says something like "product removed." Unfortunately, I can't remember the name! It was an art house documentary style film. I can't quite tell, but do your lists include foreign films and documentaries? I'd be searching to jog my memory in the years prior to 2019.
Thank you,
Em
Yes, Em, our lists do include both foreign films and documentaries.
DeleteCan you tell us which language the movie was in and
what the subject was about?
DeleteThanks you,
Em.
Em, I thought you were looking for a documentary film. I see now that you are looking for a regular movie with a dramatic narrative story. I don't know the movie you describe, but maybe someone else will.
DeleteAhh, it was a foreign art film. Not a regular style movie. Not a traditional documentary, except in the sense it "documented" her rendezvous with her father. Thank you for replying. It will have to reside in my memory as is.
DeleteUnbelievably, just found the name of it on a scrap of paper.

ReplyDeleteThe distributors set the expiration dates (end of contract), not Amazon, and are the ones to decide to renew.
DeleteYou should consider transferring over and proactively adding your ratings to IMDb. You decide whether the ratings are public, but just adding them makes the average ratings better, and you can easily export your ratings whenever you like to a spreadsheet sortable in Excel. I think you would enjoy the columns of data, and it would free up some time.
Thank you for doing this website. Much appreciated.

ReplyDeleteWhat version Windows do you have? And what browser are you using with the Expiry Viewer script?
DeleteI think I resolved the issue with a system restore. Was having problems with certain features on other sites and applications too, so something screwy happened to my computer.
DeleteGlad to hear you cleared up the problem.
DeleteI just want to say Shana and Larry G, you're the best. Thank you for keeping this site going!
ReplyDeleteAnyone else have an issue with letters vanishing on the page (unless you highlight them)? Any chance it's related to my recent Windows 10 upgrade?
ReplyDeleteI've been caught out by expiries more than once.
ReplyDeleteWhat did Amazon tell you when you shared this?
DeleteMegalo asked on December 3, 2021 at 4:40 PM
ReplyDeleteIs HBO Max the only streaming service that has a section for expiring movies?
Can't be sure it's the ONLY one, but of the majors, yes. I have HBO Max (for another week, I'm canceling for a while) and I didn't even notice the "Last Chance" tab until you pointed it out. They also put out a press release with the same titles.
DeleteJustwatch.com, which Anonymous very helpfully pointed me to to fill the new-titles gap left by Instantwatcher, seems to have different titles for the dates that are still up on Instantwatcher, before they stopped posting. I haven't figured out yet why they're so different, but hey, the more titles the merrier.
ReplyDeleteI don't know why I said "seems to have," they DO have different titles.
DeleteI noticed some titles on Justwatch.com showed up on Instantwatcher the following day, but not all.
DeletePShoes
I thought it might just be a discrepancy with the dates, but no, there are some titles on Justwatch that Instantwatcher doesn't have, and vice versa.
DeleteAnd now Justwatch seems to have stopped updating?
DeleteJan. 7 is the last Amazon update, not sure if a 2-day lag means they've stopped updating.
DeleteActually it looks like the last update was "Yesterday." The way they post the dates is confusing.
DeleteJustWatch.com is showing daily updates again.
DeleteNew Movies on Amazon Prime Video
New TV Shows on Amazon Prime Video
Instantwatcher hasn't updated in over a month, and now JustWatch has stopped updating as of 3 days ago. Are there any other options?
DeleteI'm beginning to suspect the problem is with Amazon, to be honest.
I'm not seeing any interruption in Justwatch's updates. The only recent date missing is 1/23.
ReplyDeleteJustwatch is still down for me in Chrome, and I have a feeling it's never coming back. As I said it's up on Firefox, as well as Edge, but there is no direct link to the watchlist under each title as there was in Chrome. If you click on each poster it takes you to another page which has a watchlist button, but it's not linked my Amazon account, so it's useless. I don't even know why it's there.
ReplyDeleteIf it stays down in Chrome, the only new titles I'll be adding will be the press-release ones on IMDb.
*not linked TO my Amazon account
